Fairly clean hotel in a nice building not far from restaurants and shops and the Uruguay river. Marvellous and pleasant location as only 5 minutes to Artigas Square. Also, in the "fancy" restaurant.

Had an awesome stay in our reasonably spacious and fairly quiet room for a quiet breakfast on the sidewalk terrace. Had good choice of options for breakfast, it was particularly nice. Location: the hotel was close enough to the "fancy" restaurant, the center, and the plaza and Salto. The service was decent with parking nearby. The staff was nice, some of them especially.

The hotel was nicely decorated and the rooms were clean and spacious. We received two complimentary drink vouchers upon check-in which was a nice surprise. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and shops. the hotel had a nice pool area where we spent our Christmas day.
Our overall experience was not great. The hotel lacked proper customer service.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was decent and the hotel had a good location, close to many restaurants and shops.
The staff was not welcoming or friendly. They seemed disinterested in helping and were not accommodating to business travelers.

The hotel is situated in a convenient area with many attractions nearby. The staff were helpful and the room was clean with comfortable bedding and working amenities. The massage service was a nice added bonus. The breakfast had a good selection of food in a well-lit dining area. Outside, there was a nice pool available to use.
Some previous guests have noted that the breakfast was average and that the bathroom floor tended to get wet during use.
